When will my order ship?

In stock products ship within 1-3 business days, Monday - Friday. Ground shipping takes 2-8 days including processing times.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, local delivery is a 5 mile radius from our warehouse in Baltimore, MD 21211.

Are you doing contactless delivery?

Yes, absolutely. Yes. Our shipping partners UPS and USPS are practicing contactless deliveries. Our own shipping team Lor Homies, will knock, call or text after leaving the package in a safe area.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

We'll hate to see you go, but absolutely. You can cancel anytime before your schedule ship date, and you can rejoin anytime 🤗

Can I place a corporate or wholesale order?

We are currently building out a wholesale portal that you can use to make corporate orders for your retail store, bar, restaurant, or event. In the meantime, shoot us an email at [email protected] and we'll put together a custom order for you.

Why Bamboo instead of Tree toilet paper?

We say it's better for the environment. On top of Bamboo being more eco-friendly than trees, it's hypoallergenic and doesn't need pesticides or fertilizers to grow. Bamboo produces very little waste and absorbs carbon dioxide and releases 35% more ox
